Casa Baztán is located in a small village of around 200 inhabitants. Originally dedicated to agricultural activity, the house still preserves its four traditional Isabeline-style balconies, as well as the original stone slab and cobbled flooring at the entrance. It also features its own private chapel dedicated to the Immaculate Conception.
For these reasons, the house is protected under urban heritage regulations and is officially listed as a property of historical and cultural value in the archives of the Tourism Department of the Government of Navarra.
